The Love Quilt Project gives more than love

In South Africa, the no-fee public schools often do not deliver a high enough standard of education, so parents struggle to afford fee-based schools or special needs schools. The children that get assistance from the Love Quilt Project are from group homes that may have to cover these school fees, plus additional costs such as uniforms, food, transport and special assistance if the child has disabilities. The fees can add up to $80-$100 per month.

While vulnerable children in South Africa need the emotional support that a Love Quilt can provide, it is essential that they continue their education so that they can have a better life. That’s why the Love Quilt Project is committed to raising the money to help support as many children as possible with their primary school education. Please consider a donation today.
