Tuesday, November 29th is Giving Tuesday. The Love Quilt Project's goal is to raise $100,000.
Your generous donation will help provide vulnerable South African children access to a better education, giving them the best shot at living a prosperous life. We aim to break the cycle of poverty that continues to spin due to the inequities left over from both the apartheid system and HIV/AIDS crisis, leaving children as the most impacted. For each child that receives funding they also receive a beautiful handmade quilt filled with messages of love created by American and South African children. These quilts can provide much needed emotional support as well. Can you help support one of our children today?
The following are the average costs per child per year:
$1,200 - School fees ($100/month)
$1,200 - Tutoring ($100/month)
$120 - IT support ($10/month)
$60 – School uniforms ($5/month)
$35 - School supplies
